Before her tenure, state-of-the-art facilities were restricted to Jammu and Srinagar. Ms. Nuzhat Gull shattered this historical imbalance by completing Multipurpose Indoor Sports Stadiums across every single one of the 20 districts of Jammu & Kashmir.
Installed high-mast floodlights across 100+ district grounds, keeping playfields active post-sunset to channel youth energy away from drug abuse.
Launched the maiden national water sports festival at Dal Lake, drawing 800+ national athletes and establishing world-standard Kayaking and Canoeing courses.
